Aiuto Wajima

I took a friend visiting from Italy, he said this place offers "very unique Italian cuisine can be made only in Wajima". They use almost all ingredients, vegetables, meats and fishes from the local and cook them in very unique way. The chef has a great sense of mixing the traditional Italian cooking technique and local foods in Wajima also have a long tradition here.
